What does a care plan cover?
A care plan helps organize routines, support needs, schedule, and important considerations for care at home.
What can caregivers help with at home?
Caregivers can help with everyday routines such as mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders when those supports are part of the care plan.
How do you match caregivers?
We discuss your loved one’s needs, routines, preferences, and schedule, then confirm the care plan with the family.
Can caregivers help with medication?
Caregivers may provide medication reminders and help organize a clearly labeled pill box when that support is appropriate to the care plan. Medication administration and clinical decisions require licensed clinical direction.
Can a caregiver help with transportation?
Yes. Transportation and errands can be part of a care plan, including help getting to appointments or picking up necessities.
Can you help after a hospital or rehabilitation discharge?
Yes. Call as early as you can so we can discuss the support needed at home.
Can you help with long-term care insurance or Veteran care?
Yes. We can help you understand long-term care insurance and VA Community Care Network care. Insurance carriers and VA make final coverage and authorization decisions.
What are your starting rates?
Homemaker services start at $28/hour. Four-hour minimum. Personal Care Services start at $32/hour. Four-hour minimum. Rates increase with case complexity. Licensed skilled care (LPN/RN and similar) costs more. Call for a written estimate.
What are your office and phone hours?
Office: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Phone: 5:00 a.m. to 11:55 p.m., seven days a week. After-hours call center takes overflow and other calls.
Coverage: phone coverage outside office hours, including nights, weekends, and 24x7.
What areas do you serve?
Primary, routine coverage from the Roswell office: Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Paulding, Rockdale, Walton.
Secondary, served with caregiver coverage confirmed before promising a start date: Barrow, Bartow, Bibb, Butts, Crawford, Dawson, Gilmer, Gordon, Jackson, Jasper, Lamar, Lumpkin, Monroe, Murray, Newton, Oconee, Pickens, Pike, Spalding, Whitfield.
