About OPA Home Care

Home care only works when the people behind it are accountable.

OPA is a Roswell-based team of schedulers, recruiters, clinical leaders, and care coordinators working to make the promise of care hold up in a family’s real week.

Our mission

Make dependable care feel possible at home.

OPA is named for the Greek expression of celebration and for the attention a person deserves when life becomes more complicated. We do the behind-the-scenes work, from recruiting and scheduling to clinical oversight and coverage coordination, that gives families something solid to count on.

What’s in a name?

OPA is the standard we bring to the unglamorous details.

Families remember whether someone answered, whether a schedule held, and whether the next person knew what was going on. That is where our name has to mean something.

O

Others

We listen to the person receiving care and the family carrying the responsibility with them.

P

Purpose

We connect every schedule, handoff, and care conversation to what will make the week work better at home.

A

Accountability

We own the follow-through, especially when plans change and a family needs a clear answer.

Why OPA

A team culture built on inclusion, ownership, and growth.

Our team members are encouraged to speak up, take responsibility, learn from one another, and help make the whole organization stronger.

01

People are heard

Open conversation, coaching, and respectful feedback help every team member contribute with confidence.

02

Growth is expected

Every team member develops through OPA’s structured training program, with clear opportunities to grow in skill, judgment, and responsibility.

03

Teamwork shows up

We step in for one another, take ownership beyond a job title, and stay focused on the care families rely on.
