What can caregivers help with at home?
Caregivers can help with everyday routines such as mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders when those supports are part of the care plan.
Can caregivers help with medication?
Caregivers may provide medication reminders and help organize a clearly labeled pill box when appropriate. Medication administration and clinical decisions require licensed clinical direction.
Can you help after a discharge?
Yes. Call as early as you can so we can discuss the situation and plan support at home.
Can a caregiver help with transportation?
Yes. Transportation and errands can be part of a care plan, including help getting to appointments or picking up necessities.
