LIVE-IN CARE SERVICES
How It Works
Personalized Care Team: Each client is assigned a team of two primary caregivers who will stay with them on a rotating schedule. An additional backup caregiver is also available to ensure continuity of care.
Rotating Schedule
Caregivers work on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off, ensuring a balance between coverage and rest.
24/7 Availability
During their “on” days, our caregivers are available around the clock, providing support as needed for your loved one.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing meals (or a food stipend) and a suitable place for the caregiver to sleep.
Rest for Caregivers
Our caregivers receive 8 hours of sleep per day, with at least 5 of those hours being uninterrupted to ensure they are well-rested and able to provide the best care.
Flexible Shifts
If your needs require more flexible coverage, we can also arrange 12-hour shifts to ensure that care is provided around the clock.

Anyone who needs some support while they recover from a surgery such as a shoulder surgery or knee surgery.
Anyone who has recently been discharged from a hospital or rehab facility and needs extra support until they complete their recovery journey.
Anyone who needs respite care for a loved one while they take a break.
Anyone who needs help on a short term basis, whether for a day, a few days or even a few months.
